Co-owners Doug D’Alexander and Steve Bukont have remained committed to their original vision of creating homes with exceptional workmanship combined with authentic historic detail. The houses feature appealing architectural details such as extensive trim work, custom fireplace mantels, and custom designed front doors. Each home includes custom trim work, finished in place hardwood floors and true divided light windows. Floor plans typically include large mud rooms with cubbies, bedroom-level laundry rooms and other popular features. Each kitchen is individually designed, with custom cabinets from manufacturers such as Crown Point Cabinetry (a New Hampshire cabinet maker known for excellence), granite countertops and appliances from companies such as Sub Zero, Wolf and Asko.
