Ayrhill Homes Vision
For the past 14 years, Ayrhill Homes has set the standard for custom home building in Vienna. Founders and Vienna residents Steve Bukont and Doug D’Alexander met as neighbors in 1993, and soon after decided to combine their expertise in real estate development, construction and architecture with their shared desire to build beautiful, meaningful, and unique homes.
Choosing the name Ayrhill, which was the original name of the Vienna area before it was incorporated into a town, Steve and Doug set out to instill Vienna with a sense of neighborhood, history and craftsmanship - one house at a time.
